Don't Stop the Music, on the Upper West Side

Sax player, UWS
Photo by myself on Broadway and 79th Street, on the Upper West Side.

Many times, musicians will stop playing when they know they are being photographed. I'm not sure whether it's a ploy for money or whether it's an assertion of their rights.

A saxophone player was playing a merry tune, Thursday. The tyke in the hat was dancing along, until I pointed my camera, ruining everything.

Ah I feel like I missed the moment. I wish you have taken this picture without his knowledge. In that I could see that man playing sexophone and a dancing tyke

Hello Holidays

Me too! I had trouble fussing with the camera settings and was a little too obvious.

Oh well. I do like that the boy is looking at the sax.

I've been a daily viewer for a few months but never commented. This is a new favorite of mine. I very much enjoy your work and it's been an inspiration to my own photography.
