Photo by myself on Sixth Avenue, in Midtown.
It's suddenly cold here, as if it's actually winter! Egad. People stumbled about with scarves wrapped around their heads, Tuesday morning.
Monday we woke up to a frigid 9 degrees Fahrenheit (minus 13, Celsius). The winds made it feel much, much colder!

Exactly the same weather here. Have you ever noticed that people dress for style rather than warmth?
I don't hope someone is calling for pneumonia here. Also excellent terrorist dress.
Bizar way to wrap up for the cold, it looks more as an statement. The neck seems rather cold.
I thought the same thing as B - her neck looks cold!
I guess she isn't prepared for the weather either then. We've been spoiled up until now. It was 14 degrees just as I was turning in for the evening last night here on Long Island! but at least it's sunny.
: )
It's the same here - BRRR!
Same in Haninge, only a little colder and still half a meter of snow everywhere.
Same here in MI, my dog is only allowed out for two minutes at a time, then it's back in and under the blanket. I dress for warmth, not fashion - sweat pants turtle neck and a hoodie is the uniform of the day this time of the year.
Nothing worse than having to walk a long distance in the cold when it's windy. At least your fingers weren't frozen yet when you snapped the pic. Hope it warms up soon.
we've seen it on the news. We also saw the frozen building in Chicago. There is a cold wave coming here in AThens, Greece too.
